softtester.org is a sandbox. It has the following purposes:

• try out web technologies that can be useful for delivering web-based library services.
• document tests, learn from and share with larger user communities.
• build up tutorials, bibliographies, and other resources for developing web-based library services.
• provide a forum for librarians responsible for their libraries' public and internal websites.
